Burol Main commonly known as Pasong Bayog or Pansol-Burol then later as Burol, is one of the oldest barangays of Dasmarinas and school as well. Based on research, it was founded during the Spanish time and according to old barrio people, it was established in the early 1940's.

Burol Elementary School has a total of 19 classrooms with 4 makeshift rooms and these were used as follows:  15 as academic classrooms, 2 for SPED classes, 1 as office, 1 as ICT room, 3 makeshift rooms used as canteen, guidance, library and transition room for SPED.  These rooms were utilized to accommodate all the pupils enrolled at the school. It has 33 teachers and currently headed by Mrs. Rowena S. Lizardo, Principal II.

Burol Elementary School exercised good practices, policies, and procedures in order to provide direction objectives are achieved and resources are used responsibly and with accountability. 

Improvement of the school became evident. Through the cooperation of the local funds and support from the community people, the school started to have additional buildings, concrete fence, cemented ground, concrete stage, improved facilities, well-maintained environment and well-managed security.

In addition, the City Disaster Risk and Reduction Management of Dasmariñas City conducted an earthquake and fire drill to increase the awareness and preparedness of the participants when the actual circumstances occur. Furthermore, the Gulayan sa Paaralan program of the DepEd has been enhanced by transforming it into Gulayan sa Paaralan hanggang sa Tahanan. Harvest are being used in the school feeding program and also given to pupils.
